My go to contractor for disaster restoration projects. I've worked with Willy and his team on several projects (medical, commercial, etc.) where immediate response and action was required. On each occasion, Alpha Omega arrived quickly, contained the issue and began next steps in remediating and repairing the issue. AO are there every step of the way and do an outstanding job! I look forward to working with the Alpha Omega team for years to come.

I went to AO when I had some hardwood floor damage after a water leak. Willie and his guys were awesome! They were over right away to assess the damage and were able to save my flooring. These people are very knowledgeable and the customer service was great! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had a house fire on February 12 2010. Not a good day when the fire truck stops at your house... It’s late, starting to snow and a large hole in the roof. I called Willie on a recommendation around 10:30 PM. He said he would be here first thing tomorrow with tarps to seal the hole in the roof. He was here with a positive,” let’s git er done attitude” at 8 sharp. Long story short, I decided not to be the general contractor and turned the job over to Alpha Omega and they were great to work with. House was done quickly, professionally and with a minimum of heartburn. Hope I never need them again...

We experienced a flood in our basement last year. Not only was the flood unlucky but it was on very bad timing, as we had our baby the same day! My husband and I woke up at 6Am to go to the hospital to be induced to have our child. We heard our sump pump working and went down stairs to our entire basement flooded. We have two kids rooms downstairs and a toy room. Being in the Insurance industry at the time I knew exactly who to call. I called Alpha Omega at 6Am and Willie himself answered the phone right away. He sent his crew out to our home immediately. My husband took me to the hospital ran home to check on our house and they were already in the process of cleaning everything up. They reassured him several times that they would take care of everything and they exceeded our expectations. They removed everything from downstairs including the carpet, cleaned it all up and dried everything out. My husband and I knew we were in good hands and could be at peace during a special time in our lives. They made a bad timing event very manageable. This company has a heart, very professional and we would highly recommend! Thank you Alpha Omega and crew for all your hard work!

Willy,Julie and the Team at Alpha Omega take AWESOME care of there customers from beging to end. They also are very supportive of the communities they work and live in. I am very honored to be associated with them both on and off the job!!!
