How was your experience with the first phone call to the company?
Comment: The professionals at Alpha Omega were onsite at our residence before we were to begin the mitigation process from a water leak. Holy Wow! From beginning to end, the entire staff was professional, courteous, worked with our insurance company and provided ready access to plumbers, electricians, installers and preferred vendors. I can\'t offer enough superlatives to adequately express our appreciation for the expert restoration of our home with an amazing staff. We were kept in the loop at all times; our questions were answered immediately and I might add that the entire team was very patient with us as we navigated the mitigation/restoration process often from a distance. Please reach out if you need a reference....I have plenty more to say about the tremendous customer service at Alpha Omega. They are the best at what they do!
