  • Comment: We have had two reasons to use Alpha and Omega in the last month. One was for high humidity and mold in our crawl space. They quickly located the issue, brought equipment to vent it out and monitored it for progress. The employees were kind, knowledgeable and caring! They were prompt and went above and beyond what was expected! The second was a flood in the kitchen in our rental. We had the exact same wonderful service, with options, help and support every step of the way. Again we saw the employees go above and beyond what was expected!
