Position Summary / Purpose

Create high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of restoration services.

Facilitate the timely and profitable delivery of all services required to rapidly return customer’s property to pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs and downtime following property damage.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Exceed established targets for responding to and completing estimates on losses
  • Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Exceed profitability targets on managed projects
  • Plan and execute projects to completion
  • Obtain written contracts and payment terms for projects change orders
  • Maintain efficient and accurate flow of production paperwork from the job site to administration
  • Coordinate resource planning of technicians, laborers and subcontractors with scheduler
  • Maintain market leadership through continuous implementation of state-of-care technology as it pertains to the delivery of our services
  • Coordinate estimates from subcontractors
  • Order materials required for projects and coordinate delivery to job site
  • Ensure and monitor materials usage within budget and scope amount
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and all involved parties – including third-party owners, building engineers, property managers, tenants, etc.
  • Perform property inspections and complete reports
  • Obtain Certified of Completion and COS from customers within twenty-four hours of project completion

Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

High School diploma or GED plus three (3) to five (5) years of experience managing construction or restoration projects and supervising crews. Associate (2 year) degree or bachelors (4 year) degree in business or construction management preferred. Advanced knowledge of building construction, remodeling or restoration. Understands the relationship between direct labor and profitability.

  • Financial Reports and Budgeting

Understanding of financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and budgeting.  Ability to review completed job costing, assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Technical skills

Proficient technical skills, experience and certification in the areas of service the company provides.

  • Organizational skills, to include time management, effect in scheduling resources for maximum efficiency and creating work orders and materials to set up employees for successful job completion.
  • Mathematical skills

Adequate math skills.  Able to quickly and effectively translate remaining work into manpower planning, project completion times, and review and assess labor time reporting. Effectively project job costs based on work remaining.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers
    (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Technician. Hourly rate increases as ability to perform water mitigation and mold remediation projects.)
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance

Position Summary / Purpose

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of content cleaning, post construction clean-up and painting services.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Photograph, identify pre-existing conditions, and inventory customer’s non-restorable and restorable contents
  • Wrap, package and label contents for transport to cleaning facility
  • Unwrap and clean contents
  • Identify, re-wrap, package and label cleaned contents
  • Maintain inventory of all processed contents and disposition
  • Return cleaned and restored property to customer when building restoration complete
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Inspect completed work to ensure the company’s desired quality outcome
  • Washes personal household contents (Examples include but are not limited to: furniture, kitchen items, window coverings, “knick knacks” and clothing).
  • Washes walls and ceilings.
  • Vacuums and mops floor surfaces.
  • Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Smooths surfaces and removes old paint from surfaces to prepare surfaces for painting.
  • Fills nail holes, cracks, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other filler
  • Removes fixtures such as pictures and electric switch covers from walls prior to painting.
  • Spreads drop cloths over floors and room furnishings, and covers surfaces such as baseboards, door frames, and windows with masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting.
  • Paints surfaces with brushes, spray gun, or paint rollers.
  • Cleans or paints at above ground level when required. Erects scaffolding or sets up ladders to perform tasks above ground level. Ensure this task is done safely and follows Safety Guidelines put forth by the company. Must feel comfortable working at above ground levels.

Lead Technician-Additional Duties, Responsibilities, and Decision Rights and Authority

  • Maintain inventory of necessary supplies
  • Point person to communicate with the Project Manager on job scope details (via the Project sheets) and progress of job completion
  • Point person to communicate with the customer throughout the project
  • Determine the sequence of steps to be taken to perform necessary tasks on the job-site
  • Assigns specific tasks to technicians within the work crew
  • Input notes on DASH for work performed at job-sites on a daily basis
  • Supervises technicians in job performance
  • Provides assistance to the work crew on company’s procedures, reporting, and performing services throughout the project
  • Inspects completed work to ensure the Company’s high quality standard is met
  • Record important details of the job. Details necessary to document include:

Your day.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Answer phones and handle incoming calls
  • Greet customers and guests when visiting the office
  • Input bills and invoices into QB – Match bills to PO’s and verify accuracy, file according to due dates, file paid bills
  • Accurately and timely invoice customers
  • Maintain inventory of all processed contents and disposition
  • Return cleaned and restored property to customer when building restoration complete
